As the gardening season draws to a close, it's time to reflect on ways to keep plants productive and improve growth. This session will describe useful tools to have on hand and annual tasks to consider, including plant division, pruning and soil management.
About the Presenter: David Lowenstein is a consumer horticulture educator with Michigan State University (MSU) Extension in Macomb County. He is an entomologist with experience in invasive species, integrated pest management, and pollinators. David supports area residents through providing guidance on tree, plant, lawn and insect concerns and oversees the Macomb County Extension Master Gardener program.
