Instructor: Larry Bukowski
This class will focus on the importance of developing and maintaining a quality relationship with a health care professional-your doctor. Your doctor will help you stay healthy by recommending dietary and medication plans and will also evaluate and perform needed services as part of routine physical examinations and clinical tests. The class will also focus on what individuals can do to maintain positive health habits. These include maintaining a healthy diet and getting regular exercise, as well as participating in spiritual and social activities. Despite gaining age seniority, everyone needs a reason to rise in the morning with a sense of purpose and the ability to experience fun and laughter. Additional steps include strategies to preserve a positive mental attitude and reduce stress! This will be a highly interactive class with an abundance of opportunity to ask questions or make your own contributions to the dialogue.
