Meadow Brook Holiday Walk

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

Experience the holiday wonder with 50 magnificent trees, flickering fireplaces, incomparable holiday sights and decorations while on a self-guided walking tour inside Meadow Brook Hall, the historic mansion and National Historic Landmark located in Rochester on the campus of Oakland University. Docents and volunteers will be available to discuss the history of the estate and the holiday décor selected.

Check in at 9:30am at the Lorenzo Cultural Center. The motor coach bus will leave at 10am to arrive by 11am for lunch served at the estate followed by a self-guided tour.

Self-guided tour of the estate is from 12pm–1:15pm with docents and volunteers available at each room to answer questions about the history and holiday decor. Bus arrives back at the Lorenzo Cultural Center by 2pm.

Lunch:

SALAD Mixed greens, dried cranberries, toasted pepitas, smoked Gorgonzola and fig-balsamic vinaigrette.

ENTRÉE Roasted chicken breast with Brussels sprouts w/bacon, mashed sweet potatoes and coarse Dijon cream.

NOTE A vegetarian alternate is available. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or vegetarian options when purchasing tickets with our box office.

DESSERT White chocolate peppermint mousse tart in chocolate crumble shell with raspberry coulis and festive holiday garnish.
